Lease To Own Program:

This program is designed for customers that are looking for a set monthly payment for a set period of time. Once the payments have been made the customer owns the equipment.
• 2-5 year terms
• Monthly payments are determined based upon the strength of the customer’s credit
• The longer the term, the lower the monthly payment, the more that is paid over the course of the term in financing.
• The shorter the term, the higher the monthly payment, the less that is paid over the course of the term in financing.
• This is a program designed to fit within the customer’s monthly budget.
• There is no prepayment penalty for this program; however the customer is responsible for the full financed amount. This is calculated by multiplying the monthly payment by the term.

3, 6, 12 Month SAC:

This is a program designed for customers that are looking for a program that does not have any financing charges. There are a 3, 6 and 12 month option.

     3MO-You are funded 98.5%
     6MO-You are funded 96.5%
     12MO-You are funded 93%

• Customers with an O, P, S and T credit grade will qualify, Q’s and U credit grades do not qualify.
• If the customer pays off the principal amount within the 3, 6, or 12 month time frame, they will not pay any financing charges. Once the principle is paid in full, the customer owns the equipment.
• The customer will have a minimum monthly payment which is much lower than what would be required to satisfy the principle amount within the necessary time. Example: on a 5K job, the minimum payment each month is $70.00. They can pay the minimum for 11 months and the 12th month pay off the remaining balance and they will not have to pay any financing charges for the equipment.
• If they do not pay off the principal within the 3,6, or 12 months, the agreement goes to a lease to own for 69 months.
